So here we are officially in July.
Feelings words need to be your focus for the first part of July, and you probably already know this!
July is going to open up with some pretty intense emotional energy, and just learning how to deal with it all without feeling completely frustrated is going to be your key to success. Most importantly, you must remember that you are not alone.
You are never alone.
With Universe by your side you are always surrounded by galaxies worth of abundance, even when it doesn’t feel that way. When emotions get heavy this month, give them power and voice by getting them out. Practise that this month and they will be that much easier to deal with. This is not an open call for you to blow up at somebody. Finding a safe and healthy outlet for you to express these emotions is your call to action from Universe right now. How will you use your feeling words this month?
Your safe and healthy outlet might be a close and personal friend, a primary partner, or even just a piece of paper that you explode all of these emotions onto. The worst thing you can do is bottle them all up. Because if that happens, then that is only step one of a very explosive chain reaction that you are launching right now. Bottling things up and keeping intense emotions inside does not make them go away. So you really need to work on finding a healthy outlet for all of the emotions that you will be feeling this month, and there will be a lot! Some of them will be even be wonderful emotions. But sometimes even intense and wonderful emotions can be too much. Just find a healthy outlet for them.
Get into this practice now by practising your feelings words. Begin interactions and communication and how you relate to other people with feelings words. Start sentences with the phrase, “I feel like…”.
When you do this, you show the people you are relating with that you know you are coming from your perspective alone, and not forcing that perspective on them. It can be difficult sometimes to engage in relationships and communicate our feelings without making the other person feel responsible for our feelings.
So while you were getting into the practice of using your feeling words, do also show the other party that you are in the practice of owning your own feelings words as well. And that’s an important step in every relationship. It’s the kind of step that makes for real breakthroughs.
So don’t be afraid of the emotions that come your way this month. Instead, communicate them in a way that shows the other person that you really do you own them.When you do this, this becomes a gift to them. And they will want to give you the same gift in return. And this is why we call this a breakthrough!
You can prepare for these breakthroughs by simply being open to your feelings, not being afraid of them, and not forcing them on others and just owning them. It could very well be the greatest gift to give to every relationship you have in all parts of your life this month.
